Refund & Returns Policy

At Vivetta Health & Beauty, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to orders delivered within South Africa.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.

To qualify, please contact us within this seven-day period and provide your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept returns where a product is:

  • Damaged during delivery;

  • Defective or unsafe;

  • Incorrectly supplied; or

  • Materially different from its description on our website.

Please provide photographs of the product and packaging where reasonably possible.

After assessing the return, Vivetta will provide an appropriate refund, replacement or exchange in accordance with this policy and applicable South African consumer law.

3. Non-Defective or Unwanted Products

We accept returns of non-defective products within seven calendar days after delivery, provided that the product is:

  • New, unused and unopened;

  • In its original packaging;

  • In a resalable condition; and

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, personal-care products, healthcare products, supplements, consumables and other hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned for a change of mind where applicable law permits this restriction.

Defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products remain eligible for the remedies required by applicable law.

4. Exchanges

Vivetta accepts exchanges for qualifying products returned within the seven-day return window.

The returned product must meet the applicable return conditions stated in this policy. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may select another available product or receive an appropriate refund.

Any difference in price between exchanged products will be communicated before the exchange is completed.

5. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail or courier.

Please contact us before sending the product back. We will confirm the return instructions and the correct return address.

A prepaid return label is included in your package and may be used for an accepted return. Qualifying returns using the supplied label are free of charge.

Please do not send a product to an address that has not been confirmed by Vivetta.

6. Return Fees

Vivetta does not charge a restocking fee for accepted returns.

There is no return-shipping charge when the supplied prepaid return label is used for an accepted return.

Additional costs resulting from an unauthorised return method or an incorrect return address may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within two business days after approval, normally using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Although Vivetta will process the refund within two business days, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

8. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us within seven calendar days after receiving your order and include:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number;

  • The product concerned;

  • The reason for the return; and

  • Photographs or supporting information, where applicable.

Please wait for confirmation before mailing the product.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy removes, restricts or waives any rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable South African law.

Where applicable law gives a consumer the right to cancel, return, repair, replace or obtain a refund, those rights will continue to apply.
